These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Enjoyable Homes Operations, a private internal operations application provided by Enjoyable Homes LLC (“Enjoyable Homes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Private internal use
Enjoyable Homes Operations is intended only for authorized Enjoyable Homes personnel and approved business workflows. It is not offered as a public consumer service. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.
Authorized accounts and responsibilities
- Users must access the application only through approved accounts and approved service connections.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and for following Enjoyable Homes policies.
- Users may not use the application for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
Connected services
The application may connect to third-party services, including Google services, when authorized by an approved user or account owner. Use of connected services remains subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Operational content
Information processed through the application may include business communications, scheduling information, property-related details, and other operational records. Users must handle this information according to applicable law and Enjoyable Homes policies.
No warranties
The application is provided for internal operational support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the application “as is” and disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enjoyable Homes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the application at any time for security, operational, legal, policy, or business reasons.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued authorized use after changes means the updated Terms apply.
